04.13.07: It should never rain on a Friday!

Yea, so, what's up with this rainy weather today? And to top it off, it's cold! In hindsight, I guess we need the rain, but I don't think we necessarily need the cold. It is April, isn't this supposed to be a warmer month? Oh well, it'll warm up soon enough.

Moving on; I need to exercise more. I have a plan though! My bike that 'had' been out of service for a few months is back in service as of yesterday. So, my plan, hopefully not just a thought, is to get up every morning and ride a few miles to start my day. To expand on that plan, I hope to increase the mileage as I get back into better shape. Let's hope this works out.

So, on a totally different topic, I have been looking/thriving for a job the past few months. Now, in my ignorant human mind, I do not understand why I still dont have one, but I guess that is not for me to understand. But, today, I got the strangest call. Apparently I had posted my resume on Monster.com some months ago while I was debating my future as a professional student. To my disbelief, a company that searches for people to hire for companies contacted me wondering if I would be interested in a job opening for a company in Rogers. Naturally, my response was yes. haha. To be honest here, the job is in embedded microchip design; which I do not have a strong desire for, but I have done a lot of work in that field, so I proceeded with the conversation. She asked me to forward my resume to her so she could set up an interview with the company.

At first, I was a little skeptical of the validity of this company, but my gut gave in and I forwarded my resume. So, now all I have to do is wait and see if I actually get an interview and maybe a job! Wish me luck.
