The Music
The music that drives the soul...well my soul at least. From jammin' out with an iPod on the trail to chillin' with SomaFM at work, music is a great influence in many people's lives, especially mine. Since there is a lot of great music in the world today, narrowing the field to just a few great artists is practically impossible, so here is a list of some music that keeps me going through the good times and the bad. You can find the Music Reviews Page here, which includs past reviews not listed on this page and future albums that will be reviewed once they are released. Reviews are biased on my musical preferences so if you are famaliar with my music taste you will find these helpful, if not then take them as you may. Reviews are also based on a four star system just because I like four stars. I give a fair amount of four stars mainly because I love music. I hope these reviews are at least somewhat helpful.

The Movies
As well as music, movies play a very big part in my life. One of my ultimate goals when I graduate college is to build my own personal theatre room. My main idea is to have a room with no windows, as dark as possible, with a theatre style sitting arrangement and an overhead projector. Nothing like the actual movie theatres, of course, but something fun to be able to become saturated in a movie and not having to worry about the outside world; for a couple hours at least.
I definitely don't get to watch as many movies as I would like, either, being as it costs so much to go to the theatre nowadays, but I will try to keep up with current releases and maybe adding this section will give me a good reason to go to the movies more often. As with the music rating, I am going to use a system out of four stars, and still I give a lot of four stars, but then again, why would I want to put a bad movie in the top six spot.
